Jimmy Griffith has spent more than thirty years in the machine-shop industry, including decades in general management with responsibility for production, quality control, people, financial performance, customer relationships, deadlines, and problem-solving.
That experience taught him to approach problems in a simple way: measure what happened, find the weak point, fix what needs fixing, and run it again.
It took Jimmy longer than he expected to realize that he was not applying the same thinking to his own affiliate-marketing business.
